Our 7-Day Action-Based Satisfaction Guarantee
We stand behind the quality of the 15-Day Freelance Challenge. If you complete the assignments for the first 3 days and feel that the program has not provided you with clear direction and actionable templates, we will promptly refund your ₹399 payment.
1. Eligibility for a Refund
To be eligible for a refund under our guarantee:
- Your request must be submitted within 7 days of your initial enrollment date.
- You must have completed the worksheets for Day 1, Day 2, and Day 3 (to demonstrate genuine participation).
- You must provide your original payment details and UPI ID for the refund transfer.
2. Refund Processing Time
Once your refund request is verified by our team:
- We will process the refund via UPI transfer directly to your original paying VPA/account within 3 to 5 business days.
- You will receive an email confirmation with the UPI transaction reference once sent.
3. Non-Refundable Scenarios
Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:
- Requests submitted after 7 days from the enrollment date.
- Accounts found violating our terms of service (e.g. sharing account access, scraping content, submitting fraudulent transaction IDs).
4. How to Request a Refund
Simply send an email to support@freelancekaro.com with the subject line “Refund Request - [Your Name]”, including:
- Your registered email address.
- Your original UPI Transaction ID (UTR).
- A brief sentence explaining why the program was not a fit for you.
